Who operates Planly

Planly is operated by Salman Ahmad. These terms apply when you access or use the Planly mobile app, website, AI study tools, schedules, notes, flashcards, quizzes, subscriptions, and related services.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Use accurate account information and contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Study content and AI output

Planly can process study material you provide, including pasted text, syllabi, PDFs, images, subject names, exam dates, and availability. AI output may include notes, summaries, flashcards, quizzes, schedules, and progress insights.

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You should review generated study material before relying on it for exams, assignments, or academic decisions. Planly is a study assistant, not a substitute for your teacher, institution, textbook, or official course requirements.

Your responsibilities

• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, private, or highly sensitive content.
• Do not use Planly to cheat, plagiarize, or violate academic rules.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or misuse the app.
• Only upload content you have the right to use.

Subscriptions and purchases

Planly may offer paid subscriptions such as Planly Pro. Purchases are processed by Google Play, Apple, and RevenueCat where applicable. Prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, trials, refunds, and cancellation rules are controlled by the relevant app store.

You can cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings. Deleting your Planly account does not automatically cancel an active app store subscription.

Account deletion and data controls

You can request account deletion from the app or from the Account Deletion page. You can also export a copy of app data from the Profile screen where available.

Availability and changes

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features as Planly evolves. We may also update these terms when product, legal, or business requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page.

Disclaimers

Planly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for every course or exam. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planly disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or academic losses arising from use of the app or reliance on generated content.
